1. Tour Cancellation Policy
   • No Charges – Within 30 days or more before the arrival date in Bhutan.
   • 10% Charges – Within 21 days before the arrival date in Bhutan.
   • 15% Charges – Within 14 days before the arrival date in Bhutan.
   • 30% Charges – Within 7 days before the arrival date in Bhutan.
   • 50% Charges – Within 5 days before the arrival date in Bhutan.
   • 100% Charges – Less than 5 days or after arrival in Bhutan.
2. Airline Cancellation Policy
   • 90% refund for the tickets canceled more than 30 days from the travel date.
   • 75% refund for the tickets canceled within 30 – 20 days from the travel date.
   • 50% refund for the tickets canceled within 19 – 11 days from the travel date.
   • 30% refund for the ticket canceled within 10 – 7 days from the travel date.
   • No refund for the ticket canceled in less than 7 days from the travel date.

Note: Bank Charges for the refund shall be borne by the clients.
